We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our student placement and stakeholder engagement strategies across Early Childhood Education programs.

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities that meet the needs of our students and partners
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates to drive collaboration and mutual growth
  • Ensuring placement quality and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

This role requires close collaboration with lecturers and trainers to ensure that all partnerships meet regulatory requirements while providing a supportive and enriching experience for students.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood Education sector

  3. An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET
