About This Role

We're seeking an Engagement Specialist to connect NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with NDIS participants, families, schools, planners, Support Coordinators and community organisations to build business and attract new participants
  • Deliver NDIS employment Supports to our NDIS participants
  • Promote APM Futures at local expos and events
  • Manage and convert leads from APM's marketing and service centre
  • Build networks with employers to create tailored employment opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and APM policies
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality, person-centred service

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience in Community Services, Employment Services or NDIS-related roles
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is able to work independently and manage caseloads
  • Can build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willigness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement

Working Arrangements:

  • Full time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
