Job Summary
The Financial Administrator manages end-to-end accounts payable processes within the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Electronically loading documents and authorising invoices
- Obtaining necessary authorisation for invoice payment
- Preparation of payments
- Statement Reconciliations
Requirements
Candidates must have experience in a similar role or possess a formal qualification in accounting. Essential skills include:
- Accounting knowledge through work experience or formal qualification
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices including reconciliation
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Additional Requirements
Applicants must undergo Child-Related Employment Screening or a Working with Children check, National Police Clearance, and provide up-to-date Covid 19 Vaccination status or a medical exemption.
