About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This includes processing supplier invoices, scheduling payments, and reconciling statements.
Key responsibilities include generating customer invoices, following up on outstanding payments, allocating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
In addition to these tasks, the Accounts Administrator will perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports in Excel.
This role requires strong administrative support skills, proficiency in MYOB, and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).
Proven experience in accounts administration, covering both creditors and debtors, is essential for this position.
A strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary to ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are required to work effectively with the finance team.
