About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that assumes responsibility for spearheading digital improvement initiatives in Beach Energy's supply chain. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving change in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall goals, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation.
  • Drive supply chain excellence through initiatives and processes across Domestic Logistics, International Logistics, Inventory Management, Import/Export Management, and Procurement.
  • Build and maintain a national logistics cost baseline across the business and assist the Supply Chain & Logistics Group to manage logistics budget and costs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement digital tools and technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Drive the adoption of automation, data analytics, and other digital solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and digital initiatives are successfully integrated.
About You

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to deliver change in a complex environment. Previous experience in supply chain and operations consulting is highly preferred, along with:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
  • Previous leadership experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in leading digital improvement initiatives within the supply chain domain.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and digital tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
