**Job Title:** Ceremonial and Recognition Professionals

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Ceremonial and Recognition Professional. You will be responsible for coordinating formal recognition processes, facilitating internal awards frameworks, and executing various events.

The Recognition, Ceremonial and Customs section within our organization are custodians for customs and protocol, recognition frameworks as well as its history. The team is led by a senior executive, with the support of other experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate formal recognition processes for our organization
  • Facilitate internal awards frameworks and awards granted under the Australian Honours System
  • Execute various events including funerals, attestations, national remembrance services, and associated requirements
  • Train and coordinate Ceremonial and Protocol Officers based across the country
Requirements
  • A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • Proven ability to lead and engage high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills
