As a senior business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic business engagement and project inception.
Key Responsibilities- Providing strategic support and initiating projects.
- Conducting pre-project analysis and discovery exercises.
- Designing and leading workshops to capture business requirements effectively.
- Creating high-quality, concise documentation for digital services architecture and analysis.
- Working within Agile development methodologies, including backlog management and facilitation of ceremonies as required.
- Introducing and maturing Agile approaches within delivery teams.
- Engaging stakeholders proactively and establishing productive relationships.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience as a business analyst or service designer using Agile techniques.
- Experience in workshop facilitation and collaboration with examples of designing and leading workshops.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation for digital services.
- Experience working in Agile development approaches, including backlog management and ceremony facilitation.
- Experience introducing and maturing Agile approaches within teams.
