**Job Title:** Associate Product Manager
As a seasoned product management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by collaborating with our engineering team to translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing work effectively and driving key agile ceremonies. As the team's primary tester, you will design and execute test scenarios to verify that each feature meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with roadmap goals and clarity in user stories and estimates.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to uncover needs and convert them into valuable, testable user stories.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for APIs and UIs, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved to maintain high product quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create and iterate on wireframes and mock-ups that enhance user experience.
- Effectively manage internal product communications, maintain idea boards, and promote product capabilities through ongoing stakeholder engagement.
