Program Manager

Job Description

  • Oversight of complex multi-year programs, incorporating Salesforce CRM integration, digital transformation projects, and operational improvements.
  • Alignment with company strategic goals through fostering a structured approach to execution.
  • Management of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within required standards, leveraging PMO frameworks and methodologies.
  • Facilitation of cross-functional collaboration, hands-on experience in planning and executing multiple projects essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure program alignment with company strategic objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on program objectives.
  • Manage program-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize outcomes.
  • Drive the adoption of program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM systems, digital solutions, and process improvements.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Advocate for program management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex multi-project portfolios in fast-paced, evolving, and complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.
  • Proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment, and resource allocation at a program level.
  • Experience using project tracking tools highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
