Program Delivery Manager Role Overview
The Network seeks a Government Program Delivery Manager who has proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
This position is within a Data-driven Federal Government Department working on a large digital transformation program. We seek a highly skilled Program Delivery Manager to plan and phase the delivery of a complex program of work with multiple stakeholders using agile techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver large-scale digital programs into service across either the private or public sector, or both.
- Plan and manage multiple teams delivering multiple concurrent projects, making changes to existing systems and building new capabilities.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and benefits management at the whole-of-program level.
- Unify the views of senior executives, external industry stakeholders and departmental staff on development of products that will deliver the program's vision and goals.
- A strong track record in large-scale digital program execution and delivery.
- Proven ability as a Program Delivery Manager to use agile techniques.
- Extensive experience overseeing program risks, issues, dependencies and benefits management.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required for this role.
