Senior Project Lead

This role oversees a complex, multi-year programme of work, including Salesforce CRM integration and digital transformation projects.

The Programme Manager will ensure projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals, fostering a structured approach to execution.

  • Oversee a multi-year transformation programme, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on programme objectives
  • Manage programme-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise outcomes
  • Drive the adoption of programme tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM systems, digital solutions, and process improvements
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
  • Advocate for programme management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programmes, with a proven ability to oversee complex multi-project portfolios in fast-paced, evolving environments.

A strong foundation in programme management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile frameworks, is essential.

Beyond technical expertise, this role requires a leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
