Digital Transformation Leader

The Government Department is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver large-scale ICT programs and projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
- Develop and present Board papers and briefing materials for SES audiences
- Experience with Federal Government procurement processes and Agile project delivery methodologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management or project management
- Demonstrated experience working with and influencing stakeholders and partners
- Ability to use various delivery methodologies and develop a collaborative team culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
