We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health Program at KU Children's Services. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children aged birth to 7 years.

About the Role
  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Flexible working hours with a minimum of 2 days per week

In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, other professionals, and your colleagues to provide high-quality early intervention supports for children with additional needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Administer and score assessments, write reports, and provide feedback to families
  • Contribute to the development of our Allied Health Program and participate in ongoing professional learning
Requirements
  • Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
