Property Management Role

  • The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of Commercial and Retail assets at Collins Arch (447 Collins St).

This is a broad ranging management role with areas of responsibility including financial, leasing, EH&S, operational, strategic business planning, innovation, team culture, and growing a sense of community within the properties under management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of property professionals to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop the team through performance assessments and training, managing staff workload, and developing succession plans for key team members.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achieve client asset plan revenue and profit targets through proactive budget management.
  • Deliver exceptional quality service to clients as assessed and measured by client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications, particularly in a property-related discipline, are preferable.
  • VIC Real estate License.
  • At least 10 years' experience in property/asset management, ideally with previous experience directly managing premium office assets.
  • An intimate knowledge of the premium office sector and some exposure to retail property and Body Corporates.
