Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, executing day-to-day property management services, communicating and reporting to stakeholders, and reviewing frameworks to ensure our clients' assets are appropriately managed.

Your experience will enable you to provide strategic and operational management of a portfolio including:

  • Ongoing tenancy management, coordination of property inspections, repairs and maintenance, and maintaining accurate property records
  • Administration and financial management, including forecasting, arrears, and comprehensive reporting
  • Ensuring optimal occupant satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Manage and control essential, planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance programs to maintain asset condition and value
  • Procurement, management, and coordination of subcontractors to deliver high-quality services
  • Property performance monitoring and reporting to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Development and execution of sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategies to enhance asset value and reduce environmental impact
Requirements

To deliver the services required for this role, we are seeking someone who:

  • Is passionate about property management and has a strong commitment to excellence
  • Has a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar senior asset management role
  • Has a Certificate IV or Diploma in Property or a related field
  • Can ensure processes put in place are followed, and proactively looks to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness continually
  • Brings experience working within tight operational deadlines and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A track record in adding value to assets and implementing sustainable initiatives
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cirrus8 and other property management software
