Empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential requires a supportive environment. At Peak Care Services, our team plays a vital role in delivering person-centred support services that empower people with disability to live the life they choose.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience working with individuals with complex needs and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or above. A positive approach to supporting and empowering customers is essential, as is the ability to work under limited supervision with readily available assistance.
Compliance requirements include being an Australian citizen or having the right to work in Australia, holding a minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support, and possessing current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid Certification. Experience working in SIL houses and assisting clients with behavioural issues is highly desirable.
Infection control, waste management, and medication administration are critical aspects of this role, and applicants should be willing to obtain necessary certifications if not already held. This is a part-time, casual, or contract opportunity with shifts available 24/7, including morning, afternoon, evening, and sleepover rotations.
