As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping people achieve their NDIS goals through personalised support, community access, emotional wellbeing and practical daily routines.

Your Role
- Provide personalised support focused on routine, structure and confidence-building
- Assist with access to the community, appointments and social activities
- Offer calm, consistent support for emotional regulation
- Help with daily living tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep
- Keep accurate notes and report changes or concerns
- Create safe, respectful and empowering environments
- Work in line with Disability Empowering Care policies and NDIS Practice Standards

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.95 - $50.12 per hour
