About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Group Allotment Manager. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth and revenue in our Victoria and Tasmania sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including existing customers and new prospects.
  • Manage and facilitate the growth of our Group Allotment portfolio, working closely with global sales teams to identify and book new opportunities.
  • Ensure that marketing collateral is utilized effectively to promote our Group Allocation offering and drive sales.
  • Conduct market intelligence to stay competitive and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communication, and quick turnaround on quotes to convert to sales.
  • Assist Sales Managers in hosting webinars to promote and sell Group Allocations.
  • Prospect new Group Allocation opportunities through various channels, including clubs, retirement villages, and Probus.
  • Manage sales budgets effectively, adhering to established policies.
About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who consistently delivers results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated proven experience in a sales-driven role with a track record of success.
  • Understanding of strategy and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Adaptable communication and work style to meet changing needs of stakeholders.
  • Continuous process improvement through feedback and detailed analysis.
  • Strong administrative/analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to control intense workloads with ever-changing priorities.
  • A strong customer service ethic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently and communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Previous experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
