Rehabilitation Support Specialist

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with injuries or illnesses. Your primary focus will be on developing tailored rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, employers, and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Caseload management and case planning to ensure effective support for clients
- Applying clinical knowledge to enhance return-to-work outcomes through evidence-based interventions
- Designing and implementing injury prevention programs to promote workplace safety
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care solutions
- A tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy
- General or Provisional registration with AHPRA or Full membership of ASORC or AASW
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly valued
- Excellent communication and time management skills are essential
- A current QLD driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
