Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with a strong background in patient evaluation and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs for clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including assessments of physical abilities and functional limitations.
  • Create personalized treatment plans, focusing on improving client mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Proven experience in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of rehabilitation services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Familiarity with relevant professional governing bodies and industry standards.
  • Experience working with NDIS and Aged Care is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
