We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in chronic disease rehabilitation. As a hybrid role, this position spans multiple clinics across NSW and Tasmania, with a team of over 200 delivering multi-disciplinary support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality courses for professional development.
- Present expert content in workshops.
- Provide mentorship and supervision.
- Maintain a clinical caseload.
- Engage with industry leaders to drive practice improvements.
- 5+ years' experience in chronic disease rehabilitation.
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet KPIs and develop clinical skills independently.
- Qualifications: Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
- General AHPRA or ESSA membership.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
