Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Head of Chronic Disease Rehabilitation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to our team's efforts in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative training programs for professionals
- Present expert content through face-to-face workshops and online sessions
- Provide specialist supervision in areas of expertise
- Maintain a clinical caseload, with opportunities for growth and development
- Engage with industry leaders to drive research-driven practice improvements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in chronic disease rehabilitation, preferably within the NDIS framework
- Extensive experience in diabetes, cardiovascular, and pulmonary rehabilitation
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet key performance indicators and drive business outcomes
- Ability to develop and maintain a high level of clinical skillset
- Minimum Bachelor or Post Graduate Entry Level Degree in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- General AHPRA or ESSA membership, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel as needed
