Senior Dietitian Opportunity

St Vincent's Health Australia seeks an experienced Senior Dietitian to join its multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:
  • Deliver expert dietetic care for patients with diabetes and chronic conditions through advanced clinical skills.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to drive service planning and embed evidence-based practice.
  • Provide targeted education and mentorship to staff and students, supporting their professional growth.
  • Develop patient education resources and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilise independent judgement to manage complex cases effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics accredited by Dietitians Australia, with full Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status, and Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification through the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.
  • Expertise in managing complex diabetes and chronic disease cases with strong clinical judgement and patient partnership.
  • Commitment to driving quality improvement and research, with extensive experience leading impactful projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in fast-paced clinical environments.
  • Alignment with Mary Aikenhead Ministries' core values, driving quality improvement and research.
