Workforce Planning Opportunity

This role presents a key challenge for an individual looking to make a meaningful impact on operational excellence. As a Resource Planner, you will play a pivotal part in driving strategic scheduling and resource optimization.

You will be responsible for developing and managing resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency and service level improvements. Your analytical and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in this role, as well as your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About You
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also expected.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are ideal candidates.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment is crucial.
