Sales Performance Leader

- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our successful sales team in Queensland, Australia.
- The ideal candidate will possess a measurable track record in building, managing, and delivering outstanding sales results in Queensland Government and Enterprise accounts.
- You will be responsible for working with a named list of accounts in the Brisbane market, developing existing business, and continuously looking out for expansion opportunities.
- You will work closely with local partners, developing and delivering on account strategies for joint success.
- Collaborating with different Splunkers, you will strategically work on account planning and opportunity management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 key accounts in the Queensland Government and Enterprise space.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to local partners to achieve shared business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results in complex sales environments.
- Strong understanding of software sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.
