This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of account managers and sales specialists in identifying and developing sales opportunities across assigned and unassigned SMB customers.
About the Role
- Lead the development and implementation of segment/portfolio specific sales strategies, including undertaking pipeline management and forecasting activities to achieve sales revenue growth.
- Identify and build team capability development opportunities and provide guidance and coaching to direct reports.
- Develop sales and product capability across the sales team through training and coaching activities to build a high performing team environment.
Requirements
- Leadership acumen and the ability to contribute to critical decision-making forums.
- Demonstrated commitment to relationship building and working in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, engagement and presentation skills who can present to executives.
