ServiceNow Architecture Expert

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead the development and implementation of intricate solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its components, having successfully implemented multiple instances with a focus on ITOM/CSM.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop solution blueprints that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for using the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies
  • Leverage ServiceNow's automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery
  • Establish governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations
  • Develop personas and create strategies for user experience
  • Integrate AI into ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises
  • Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow
