We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to deliver innovative solutions and work with our clients to understand their business needs.

This role involves configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet client requirements, leveraging knowledge of key technologies such as SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform
  • Deliver innovative solutions involving ServiceNow
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications preferred
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development, and customization
  • Good understanding of knowledge/content features of the platform and familiar with JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, JSON, Angular, XHTML, and XML
  • Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels
  • Strong project management skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills and aptitude for learning new technologies
