Salary Information


The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive remuneration packages to attract and retain top talent.



About the Role


As a Transformation Lead in Consumer Banking, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Crime Team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate requirements, endorsement, and SME support to transformation teams, ensuring that the financial crime value delivered by the team aligns with the overall Consumer FC roadmap.




  • Support Executive Manager/Senior Manager to facilitate requirements, endorsement and SME support to the transformation teams
  • Work closely with the various transformation teams to provide financial crime SME advice
  • Closely engage with Consumer FC project teams participating in their day-to-day cadence
  • Evaluate project risks, requirement/technology gaps and escalate as required
  • Responsible for supporting prioritization and review of Consumer FC backlog
  • Work closely with all advisory team members to translate BAU gaps/issues into program of work
  • Review policy changes to identify impacts to ongoing and pipeline projects


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will require experience in the financial services industry, financial crime (AML/CTF/KYC), and transformation project environments. Business and/or technology tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are also essential.
