Your Role: Transformation Lead - Digital Banking Innovation

We are seeking a highly motivated Transformation Lead to join our Daily Banking Transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking at ING.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the business and implementation streams of the Daily Banking Transformation, ensuring alignment with ING's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute short-, medium- and long-term actions to meet business ambitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster effective collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless experience for internal and external customers when designing and executing actions, aligning with Business as Usual (BAU) teams.
  • Support the broader transformation team on key milestones and scope, including schedule, budget, deliverable quality, workforce planning, procurement, stakeholders, integration, and risks/issues.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require 2+ years of experience in product management and/or transformation, preferably within financial services, with a focus on daily banking products desirable. A strong understanding of the competitive landscape and knowledge of daily banking products, banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements are essential.
