We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart Marleston, a 90-place centre rated Exceeding within the National Quality Standard.
About the Role:
- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
- Ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, prioritizing safety and inclusivity.
