Salary

The salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per annum, which is competitive with state primary school teachers' salaries.

Job Description

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be responsible for supporting team members' understanding of the planning cycle and its implementation. You will collaborate with educators in your center to observe, review, and enhance educational programs offered to children.

You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current SA Working with Children Check
