About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Director, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our educational programs and ensuring that they align with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current SA Working with Children Check
