Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator and Team Manager to join our Goodstart Marleston centre in South Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated educators, develop and implement educational programs, and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to inform and improve teaching practices;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards;
  • Develop and manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient centre operations;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • A current Working with Children Check;
