Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an exceptional Casual Educator to join our dedicated team at Green Leaves South Plympton. As a vital member of our community, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of children aged six weeks to six years.
About the RoleThis is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, while fostering a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and inviting physical environment that promotes learning and exploration
- A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- A valid Working with Children's Check and current Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- A competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
