Overview

">Senior Compliance Principal Role
Hollard is seeking a seasoned Senior Compliance Principal to join our Group Compliance Function. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilise your skills and experience in compliance management, governance and risk mitigation.

This role will see you working closely with our business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop and implement effective compliance frameworks and strategies, and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.">

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks and strategies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance">
  • Provide guidance on compliance-related matters, including policy development and review">
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements">
  • Identify and assess compliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them">
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives">
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)">
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations">
