In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering complex systems architecture, providing expert guidance and advisory services, and ensuring platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.
You'll join a high-performing team of specialists leading the design, implementation, and support of platforms such as Taleo, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
These platforms support key business areas including Finance, HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Supply Chain, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
Please indicate on your application which of the following opportunities are you interested in: Role 1 - Oracle HCM Cloud : Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula and Security, along with strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Strong knowledge of OCI Paa S platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX.
Proven experience in in architecting, designing and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks.
Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD model of development.
