Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate compliance and enforcement programs using a risk-based regulatory approach.
  • Provide specialist compliance advice and assistance to stakeholders.
  • Prepare evidence and issue enforcement action for breaches of tenancy or related laws.
  • Investigate complaints from tenants and maintain detailed records of inspections.
  • Coordinate intelligence and data to inform operations and prepare reports on tactical operations.
  • Contribute to an end-to-end regulatory response and participate in community outreach programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Government Investigations or willingness to complete required training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to partner with internal stakeholders and exceptional analytical skills to analyze complex information.
