Senior Advertising & Design Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advertising & Design Finance Lead to lead our client services team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our operations and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong financial management skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, a strong understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to provide expert analysis and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Financial Performance: Oversee the budget and forecast financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop Financial Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports.
  • Provide Expert Analysis: Provide expert financial analysis and reporting to senior management, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Financial Leadership Experience: Proven experience in financial management and leadership, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Degree: Postgraduate degree in finance or related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CA, CPA), demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development.
