Job Description

Founded in 2021, this esteemed organization is renowned for its innovative approach to digital strategy and content creation. As a Senior Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across high-performing e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate will thrive on performance, with a keen eye for optimization and a deep understanding of paid search strategies. You will be responsible for planning, building, and managing high-performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), with some exposure to Meta.

Audit paid accounts and sales funnels to uncover inefficiencies and growth opportunities, utilising GA4, Google Ads, and platform data to drive strategy and optimise results. Troubleshoot conversion tracking setups and create custom GA4 reports to surface meaningful insights.

Collaborate with clients on performance reporting, next steps, and proactive problem-solving. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a paid media role, preferably specialising in Google Ads & Ecommerce.
  • Clear, confident communication—both client-facing and internally.
  • Performance-driven mentality—focused on outcomes, not busywork.
  • Comfortable managing both day-to-day performance and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new platform features and have a curiosity about how AI is evolving within the Google Ads ecosystem—always seeking smarter, more efficient ways to drive performance.
