About the Position

This role involves leading advertising strategy development from inception to delivery for a multi-year consumer education campaign. The successful candidate will leverage market research to drive the strategic direction of impactful advertising campaigns and content.

The position requires developing and managing campaign planning cycles, encompassing end-to-end above- and below-the-line campaign related activities. High-level expert advice and support on campaign development will be provided to senior executives.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure seamless integration through below-the-line and earned media activities. Effective and efficient consumer education advertising campaigns must comply with relevant guidelines.

Competing priorities will be managed to a high standard, bringing energy and drive to progressing work while maintaining a commitment to delivering results.


About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or public relations are required.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience working for corporate or consumer brands or large government agencies is necessary.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills designed to influence decisions are essential.
  • Experience working in a large, agile organization within a regulated industry is beneficial.
  • Bringing brands to life through storytelling expertise is crucial.
  • Executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are necessary.
  • Managing and developing high-performing teams by driving clear direction and leaning into coaching and development opportunities is key.
