Personal Support Worker

Job Description:

As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

  • Assisting clients with daily tasks such as transfers, grooming, bathing, dressing, and dental hygiene.
  • Providing personal care including toileting, bladder and bowel management, and basic wound care.
  • Supporting clients with domestic duties such as meal preparation, light household chores, and laundry.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and community activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in disability or aged care is not essential, but full training will be provided.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card and Blue Card certification.
