Key Role:

Sales Director. To manage the Sales Department’s daily activities, including preparing monthly performance reports, monitoring expenses, and mentoring sales consultants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine new retail customers within our primary marketing area and build rapport to establish long-term business relationships
  • Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to lead successful sales processes
  • Promote company products and services, ensuring effective introductions to Car Care and Finance & Insurance

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive sales management experience is essential, with proven leadership skills in a retail environment
  • A high level of administrative and organisational skill is necessary to oversee departmental administrative tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills are required
  • Sound computer skills and the ability to maximise output from available databases
  • A highly professional approach, combined with a strong work ethic, is required
  • The ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate sales personnel to achieve targets is essential
  • A strong track record of meeting sales goals and motivating teams to success is expected
  • A commitment to exceptional customer experiences and improving NPS outcomes is required
  • A goal-driven mindset, combined with excellent organisational skills, is necessary to keep the business performing
  • A manual Driver's License (Motor Salesperson/Dealer License preferred)
