Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of new and existing Small Business Insurance clients, achieving personal and team revenue targets, and developing a deep understanding of client needs and industry risks.

You will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations, navigate a range of technologies, and participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance broking and sales environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tackle problems creatively and show initiative
  • Possess a zest for learning and ability to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies at speed
  • Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualifications is desirable
