Chess Moving Sydney is seeking an experienced and highly motivatedSales Consultantto join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong sales and communication skills, looking to work in a dynamic and established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries related to international and interstate removals.
• Conduct external and virtual inspection surveys.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into successful bookings.
• Assist with internal sales inquiries and provide customer support.
• UseMovewareto manage sales functions and maintain accurate records.
• Arrange ancillary services and raise purchase orders within the approved authority level.
• Sell transit and storage insurance in compliance with FSRA regulations.
• Maintain and update sales reports, including KPI reporting on a fortnightly basis.
• Record and report customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Attend sales meetings and provide insights for business growth.
• Provide backup support to the international team as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the removals, logistics, or relocation industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• An understanding of the relocation industry and the specific needs of VIP and corporate-level clients.
• Experience with CRM systems (Moveware experience preferred but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
