Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservations and check-ins, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Fleet Maintenance: Maintain our campervans in top condition, scheduling regular maintenance and addressing any issues promptly.
- Supply Chain Management: Book activities and manage stock and local suppliers, optimizing our services and offerings.
- Customer Support: Resolve complaints and emergencies efficiently, providing solutions-oriented support to our customers.
- Preparation and Cleaning: Prepare and clean our campervans to meet high standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance needs, working closely with our team to ensure prompt resolutions.
Requirements:
We are looking for a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car. You must be eligible to work in Australia, have a valid driver's licence, and be confident driving a campervan. You should also be a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
