The Role
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Maintain the campervan fleet in pristine condition, handle logistics, and ensure seamless depot operations.
  • Book activities, control inventory, manage local suppliers, and cleaning services effectively.
  • Address customer complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise promptly.
  • Clean and prepare campervans for rental in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain campervans in top condition, identifying maintenance and repairing needs.

As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the depot's operations, and taking ownership of all issues to guarantee smooth operation.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
