Senior Payroll Solutions Specialist

Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in the successful implementation of our payroll system, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement payroll solutions that meet business requirements
- Plan, prepare, and cleanse payroll data prior to migration between systems
- Develop a suite of reports for stakeholders to run, providing valuable insights into payroll operations
- Train new payroll users in our system, preparing training documents and presentations
- Perform complete data transformation prior to migration into the new solution
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in payroll administration, including back-end and online timesheet management. They will also possess excellent analytical, data management, and reporting skills, as well as exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Requirements:- 3+ years' experience at a similar level of hands-on responsibility in system administration
- Previous experience managing an implementation or project management in a complex environment
- A background in payroll processing
- Understanding of general accounting and taxation principles and the accounting cycle and processes
- Good understanding of IT processes and how these integrate with HRIS/payroll systems
