What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design and implementation of SAP-based payroll systems, working closely with enterprise clients to scope, consult, and set the blueprint for success. Configuration is typically handled by technical specialists; your job is to own the client relationship, lead the design, and ensure delivery meets expectations.

Requirements
  • Strong payroll knowledge and experience.
  • Implementation experience (vendor-side, client-side, or both).
  • SAP exposure (as an end user or consultant).
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence leading enterprise engagements.
  • A background in consulting or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Worked for a payroll or HR tech vendor.
  • Led blueprinting or transformation initiatives.
  • Delivered large enterprise projects across multiple locations.
