
Portfolio Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Portfolio Administrator.
This position will provide administrative support to the Fixed Income team, focusing on portfolio management, research, meeting preparation, and ad-hoc enquiries.
The successful candidate will be based in our Ipswich office, supporting the team at our Mayfair office, and will require regular travel to that location.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining accurate records, including client databases and cash flows.
- Providing research support, proof-reading content, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client and internal meetings.
- Responding to enquiries from internal teams and investment managers.
- Good standard of education (A-level or equivalent).
- Previous administration experience.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- An understanding or interest in financial markets, particularly bonds, would be advantageous.
8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
